It must be said that the structure hasn't changed much since a few decades ago. The bathroom is "in the room," meaning a ceilingless cubicle containing the toilet and shower, with a glass door. Having to wash clothes in the shower also makes it very easy for water to drip onto the floor. Luckily, I was alone in the room, which has three beds, but if it had been full, it would have been uncomfortable. If you're a simple pilgrim, the accommodation is fine and affordable. If you're looking for something modern or more comfortable, it might not be the right choice.
