Salsatia Excelente atención la de Bertrand un sitio excelente con buena comida y un trato familiar que difícilmente puedes encontrar en otros albergues de este camino, todo un Top ten donde podrás disfrutar de la experiencia de ser un peregrino en Francia. Gracias por todo Bertrand |

futurefjp To be hot, tired, unappreciated and mocked really got to me in what should have been a perfect environment back at Gîte de la boulangerie Broussé. The gîte was ramshackle and interesting: history and memories everywhere. The host was unwelcoming and rude. The evening meal was good (although the potage was flavourless) and the breakfast was good but lacked orange juice. I was tired. Thankfully it's not this evening or last night (Navarrenx). The week is said to be hotting up too! Rather than get upset with the hospitalario or the arrogant French individual who almost set the touch paper alight I retired to the chambre and tried to sleep off Arthez de Bearn. |

Pelerina We stayed at Gite de la Boulangerie in early October 2023. It was our second time there - the first time was in 2014. Another warm welcome from Bertrand. A clean and comfortable gite in a charming maison. Bertrand was formerly the boulengier for the town. He is a wonderful chef. The communal dinner was superb. And the next morning, the breakfast included croissants baked by Bertrand. Merci Bertrane et famille. Super gite. |

Graham Baglin We booked this Gite because of many positive reviews. We were disappointed with our room the dinner and breakfast. The Gite only had seven guests. It was a hot day. We were given a room on the 3rd floor just under the roof. Our room was hot but there was a fan which we used. The rooms on the much cooler second floor were vacant as we discovered in the morning. Breakfast - there was no orange juice, my coffee was heated up in a microwave. I had to ask for milk. There was only one jam - fig. The croissants and bread was yesterday’s but there was yoghurt and some dry cakes. The dinner was ok but I felt the tomatoes served as an entree and again as mains were past their prime. For 90 euro for two Demi pension, a hot room and meagre breakfast we expected better. |
