Albergue Jakue - Comentarios

Having booked two 3-bed bedrooms for our group of 6 we were surprised to be put in one 6-bed bedroom with only one bathroom. The room was very poorly ventilated and there was mould growing on the bathroom wall. At dinner we were incorrectly accused by the waitress of only providing 5 tickets for the group and there was an exchange of words before she accepted that she was incorrect. There was also a shortage of wine for our table which led to a further discussion before she conceded our point and produced more. The french fries that came with the Pilgrim meal were cold and had to be replaced. Later, we found the service in the bar very poor. The barman was surly and dour and in no hurry to fill our order. It seemed that some of the staff at this Albergue resent serving Peregrinos and I would not recommend this place until there is a change of attitude - training in customer service for some staff members is badly needed.

Nice place, but overpriced and far from the center of Puenta la Reina.

Just before the start of town. I booked a room thinking it was the hostel but had a room on my own with a great bath. When I saw the hostel beds I can say they were also excellent. Washing machine and dryer worked very well. Cheap price.

Está al entrar en la localidad, y eso es bueno si vienes cansado. Aunque luego tienes que continuar para salir. Nos tocó 6 literas en habitación con baño compartido y muy bien. Solo que mi litera era la de arriba y si llevas los pies cansados te cuesta apoyarte para subir porque te apoyas en el hierro y eso molestaba. Pero en general está bien.

Tiene de todo. Limpio y austero, en la habitación doble. La ventaja es que está a la entrada. La desventaja es que hay que andar un poco para salir o ir al centro. Nosotros llegamos reventados y nos vino bien. Veo que hay quejas por el desayuno y algo más. Es un hotel que tiene una parte para peregrinos. Nosotros desayunamos en el hotel y estuvo muy bien. El que sea de albergue puro y duro, aquí no encontrará ese "ambiente" que busca. El que sea de habitación con baño como yo, se acercará al ambiente del albergue. Muy bien todo

La ubicación, unos pocos metros antes de Puente la Reina, es ideal si vienes de la última etapa del camino aragonés que es de 31 km. Recepcionista muy amable. Estuvimos en una habitación de dos literas, con toalla y sábanas. Cama muy cómoda. La cafetería del hotel está muy bien.

Espectacular tanto el Albergue como el Hotel y el trato del personal, un buen sitio para reposar.

Albergue que se encuentra en la entrada del pueblo. Hay una parte acabada de reformar y tiene habitaciones para todos los gustos. Estuve en una habitación con camas bajas, unas 7. Nuevo, limpio y muy amplio. El trato de la persona de recepción excepcional.Hay bar-restaurante.
