anamanyas My friend and I arrived in La Ferme du Barry the 11th of July 2025. Even though the feeling was more like a hotel, our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. They welcomed us before the check in time and invited us to make ourselves at home. The rooms were super nice and everything was clean. They have amenities for washing clothes and hang them. They have a beautiful garden with many places to sit and enjoy a good rest after a tiring walking day. The location is very convenient because you are just 5 minutes away from the central square. Dinner there was like a little party and the waiters are very dynamic and never hesitate to perform how they serve the alligot. They also display some of their cooking secrets :D We enjoyed that evening very much. Breakfast was also really nice. In this gîte they also have a great restaurant where you can have a meal or a drink. Overall, we believe that this place is run by very competent people. The only mishap we had is that we got diarrhea after drinking the water from the tap and we weren't the only ones. After we left, we kept meeting more pilgrims with the same issue. I want to clarify that this is not a problem of the gîte itself, it's in general the water from Aumont-Aubrac. It would be appreciated if in the gîte they informed people about this. |

Nubia Nuestra habitación fue muy buena. La experiencia del aligot super rica. El sitio estaba muy concurrido así que fue como una fiesta de peregrinos. |

_Anne_ Lo recomiendo mas por la comida que por las instalaciones . De por si, los cuartos son basicos pero muy correctos, limpios. La comida esta hecha con todo producto local y sale riquisima. La cena es comunitaria lo cual es agradable. Los que reciben son acogedores y simpaticos. Je recommande. Un très bon repas avec des bons produits du terroir cuisinés par un local de l'étape. Sans aucun doute, il savait filer l'aligot et nous en a fait une belle démonstration. Les chambres sont basiques mais propres et fonctionnelles. |
