Gîte d'étape Le Par'ici - Comentarios

My friend and I arrived in Le Par'ici the 6th of July 2025. Barbara was ready to welcome us with a big smile. She took the time to show us around the gîte and made sure we were comfortable. Le par'ici has a home atmosphere, it's like visiting some friends and staying with them. In the evening we met the other host, Cynthia, also a wonderful woman. The gîte is very accommodating of pilgrims, it has a full living room with books and sofas and all the toilets and showers are renovated and very well looked after. There is a pretty garden too with many amenities to sit or hang out clothes. If you are looking for a real pilgrim's experience, Le Par'Ici is the place to go. Barbara and Cynthia care SO much about everyone feeling comfortable and at ease. Dinner with them was amusing and amazing. Before the meal there is like cocktail meeting with wine and snacks so everyone in the gîte could meet and make positive connections. After that, the hosts served their homemade vegan dishes, and always made sure everyone was satisfied. They also prepared a cake for us! During dinner we also enjoyed the company of Pacôme, a young lovely sould living and helping in the gîte too. He graciously entertained us with riddles and jokes during dinner. You can also ask him to guess your age, he's really good at it. The following morning, Barbara and Cynthia made sure to farewell every single person departing from the gîte, a very nice gesture. For us, one of the best gîtes we have stayed in. Many thanks.
