To get the access codes to enter the albergue, you need to go to the tourist information office. It's located in the first square that you arrive to along the way. I've stayed here three times now and have witnessed a steady decline in its infrastructure. The main gate has a code box that you use to enter the grounds - the box is badly rusted. All of the (4) entrance doors have cracked glass. The Wi-Fi is no longer offered to pilgrims. There is an issue with the stove - only one ring currently works. The dorm rooms are very small and the last time I was there the air-con wasn't working. Another note is that the local Coviran store is run by a guy who doesn't appear to be a fan of pilgrims, and the store has a very limited selection of goods. Instead, I would advise shopping at the Dia supermarket. This is a convenient resting place for the night if you plan an epic following day's walk to Torremejia, or if you want to budget your money and avoid the 15 Euro albergues in Zafra. If you can afford one of the albergues in Zafra, I would advise spending the night there instead.

Ruhig gelegen; voll ausgestattete Küche. Es könnten ein paar mehr Töpfe bereitgestellt werden. Die Betten sind bequem. Leider funktioniert die Heizung im Herrenschlafzimmer nicht. Wenn es kalt ist, dann reichen die Decken nicht für alle Personen. Internet gibt es nur im Küchenhaus. Es wäre prima, wenn ein WLAN-Repeater im Schlafhaus installiert wird. Das Waser in der Dusche im Herrenschlafbereich läuft nicht richtig ab. Nach einer Dusche von 3 Minuten ist sowohl die Dusche wie auch die Toillette überflutet.

The best albergue on the via de la plata so far! It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. There is two different rooms with six beds each (for man and woman separately). The kitchen and little garden outside! If you arrive on weekend just go straight to Policia Local to register, pay and get your access code. And the price is crazy too. Just 7e for this luxuriuos alebrgue! I wish I could stay here 2 days xD

Albergue bien équipée même par temps froid (chauffage) . Je recommande cette albergue avec enthousiasme. Office du tourisme et police locale très avenant.... Merci à la commune !

Limpio, cocina nueva, y calefacción. En hinvierno lo recomendo

Ones own private garden in the busy little town. Dealt with a pleasant administrator. Very clean. Hob, microwave, common area, wifi, good shower.

Prix raisonnable et bien équipée. Cependant il manque des ustensiles de cuisine pour cuisiner. Cette albergue est recommandable
