FootiefanfromCA Having walked several Caminos, I can't think of a better place than La Frabrica. Cristina, who runs the place, speaks really good English, and is a delightful person. The hostel is 300 meters off the Camino and worth every step. The building is a transformed former mill, and there is a glass floor in the bar which is over the stream used in the past for power to turn the mill stones. The place is spotless, comfortable and fairly priced. It's located just 12 km (2+ hours) walk from Burgos, so is ideal if you want to take the morning seeing the cathedral and get back on the Camino the same day. |

GeorgeME Llamo para preguntar si les queda sitio en el albergue y la persona que me atiende me dice que no le quedan camas en literas, que únicamente le queda una habitación individual, por lo que dadas las circunstancias procedo a reservarla. Al llegar al alojamiento le pregunto a la señora de recepción que como es posible que no queden camas en el albergue si soy el único peregrino de Burgos aquí, y me responde que el albergue está cerrado, que para una persona no lo van a abrir. Cuando llamé para preguntar por el albergue bien claro me dijeron " que no le quedaban camas" , no me dijeron que lo tenían cerrado, ppr lo que me engañaron. ¿Práctica habitual?, cada uno que saque sus conclusiones, está es mi experiencia. |

Lidia franch hola nosotras pillamos una hab. triple, nos costo 50€, con una cama y una litera, el albergue chulo, limpio y buen servicio, buen desayuno, tienes que reservar por booking, personalmente yo volvería |

frankiepaul Das erste Gebäude von Tardajos, welches man vom Jakobsweg aus sieht, ist die 'La Fabrica'. Ein riesiger, großer Steinklotz inmitten grüner Felder. Am Wegesrand weisen große Schilder auf diese Unterkunft hin, die ein paar Hundert Meter abseits vom Pilgerweg liegt. Wir haben dort ein DZ gebucht und waren sehr überrascht über die Größe und nette Einrichtung. Die Betten zwar aus Metall, aber mit sehr guten Matratzen. Noch besser das riesige Bad mit einer sehr modernen Massagedusche. Man möchte gar nicht mehr aufhören zu duschen. Das angebotene Abendmenü für 14 € könnte aus 5 Vorspeisen und 5 Hauptgerichten sowie mehreren Nachspeisen zusammen gestellt werden. Alles sehr großzügig und lecker. Auch das umfangreiche Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker und hat bis zum Abend gereicht. Uns hat auch geholfen, daß die Chefin noch gut deutsch spricht. Für Backpacker und Radtouristen sehr zu empfehlen. |
