The fancy hotel on the upper levels make you feel special, and it's nice they offer beds to pilgrims. The lights don't go out until 10pm and you'll need earplugs. Be prepared for unisex communal bathrooms. Clothes don't dry well in the bathroom racks, so maybe wait until Borres for laundry. Breakfast was included and is delicious!

3/05(25 . El mejor albergue del camino sin duda alguna , se nota que el dueño Benjamin es peregrino, en los baños tiene una zona para limpiar el barro de las botas, relación calidad precio muy bueno, el personal muy atento y amable. Dispone de restaurante. Manolo y Antonio.

No lo recomendaría a aquellas personas que busquen la verdadera esencia del camino

Albergue más que correcto, muy bonito, personal servicial y con inmejorable ubicación. Estancia 26 de Agosto.

Imprescindible si acabas la etapa intentar reservar en este albergue. Relación calidad-precio insuperable. El albergue está ubicado en la planta - 1 dentro de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones tienen módulos independientes con una sola litera con su taquilla correspondiente, separadas lateralmente con un "tabique" de madera del otro modulo y frontalmente con una cortina. En Agosto del 2024 16 €

Lujoso, limpio, bien cuidado. Hay incluso un baño turco y sauna. Desayuno en la cafetería. El albergue se encuentra en un edificio renacentista. Cenas en el restaurante del hotel.

There is a lot to like and other's that brings it down. It is in the basement of an old palace, now a luxury hotel above. There is a restaurant and bar and all the staff were great from reception, bar staff, restaurant, to the breakfast in the morning which we had in the bar. Downstairs in the cellars is where the Pilgrims stay (apart from those that have booked into the hotel). The bunk beds have been put in groups of 4 with a privacy curtain to each area but are open at the top. There are no sheets or pillowcases and although we thought we had paid extra for bed clothes this turned out just to be a 'manta'. The beds and pillows are plastic coated but were comfortable. The were 2 areas of communal toilets and showers. These were clean and there was a separate sink for clothes washing. They are again open at the top, so not very private. Walking through the sitting area towards the stairs for reception there are male and female toilets which are much more private to use. We were close to one of the communal toilet and shower areas, so there was a lot of disturbance during the night with lights coming on and doors opening and closing. If it had sheets and pillowcases, even at a price, and was just a little better thought out, it could be fabulous, but it needs someone who runs it, to spend a couple of nights there to sort it out. It looks great but the experience could be so much better, for minimal effort.

Herberge sehr schlecht, war im Keller ohne Licht und Lüftung. Es war ein sehr starker unerträglicher muffeliger Geruch. Toiletten wurden nicht gereinigt, kein Klopapier, starker Geruch. Bettwäsche nur aus Plastik, keine Decken und arsch kalt in der Nacht. Kein WLAN und kein Empfang für Telefon. Man hat sich wie im Gefängnis gefühlt. Licht wurde automatisch um 10 abgeschalten und um 7 an. Sehr laut.
