go to https://www.gronze.com/camino-frances and click where you want to start and as you scroll down you'll see a list of albergues or hostels/hotels available. On the map you'll see the distance between  cities and towns. You'll have to do the math if you don't follow what's suggested for that given day hike. Buen Camino.
