How to get to Sahagun from Madrid

Hi All.

I am planning to do half the Camino Frances. Everything is booked except I haven't been able to find a way to get to Sahagun, the start from Madrid. Please help. I've tried rome2rio, alsa and renfe. I have booked to stay in Madrid to see the Almunde Cathedral before starting but I can change that if necessary.

Hi Ingrid!! Of course there is a direct train Madrid/Sahagun. I checked the schedule on July 11th. The point is that you are just trying to book the train in a too far date from now. No panic!!
Buen Camino!! :)

P.D: Here is a train schedule example on July 11th

Ingrid, Sahagun is a beautiful town. I suggest that you plan to stay the morning after you arrive, as there is a lot to see from a cultural and historical point of view. Buen Camino!
