I will be biking Lisbon to Porto, starting 6th Sept 2020, 10 days not exceeding 50K per day.

I have rented a bike from cycling-rentals.

I don't know the route that I will be following, intending to follow the yellow arrows as much as possible.  Can anybody suggest a track file that I can follow; any parts to AVOID; any advice will be welcome.
