I'm not sure if this is the right place for having an optimal answer, as you could see the most part of the people here speak Spanish and therefore don't use any translator app.

I suggest you to create a lexicon related to El Camino, or a list of usual phrases for common situations, for sure you will find such things in foreign blogs.

Do you know Quicktionary? is not a "phrases translator" but you can download and install lots of dictionaries in one, or two languages. Also it includes pronuntiation for every word. It works offline.
