Hola Ricardo,
Forgive me, I do not speak Spanish very well. I walked the Camino Frances from St. Jean in February and March this year. It was very cold, very wet and there was an unusual amount of snow. I recommend bringing warm clothes to wear while walking, to wear after you've showered at night and to sleep in. I'd often wished I'd had an evening sweater or hoodie. Bring extra socks for both walking during the day and in the evenings, and a good pair of shoes for the evenings as well. I did not have evening shoes and I regretted it. You should wear good waterproof boots that support your ankles, not trail shoes or sneakers. I would also recommend bringing at least 2 Buffs, one for your head and one for your neck. Maybe a thermal one for your neck. I would have preferred that to my bulky scarf. I also recommend a good pair of antifog sunglasses, they help with both the sun and with the bitter snow and rain. Bring a flashlight of some sort as well. Mine was a solar-charged USB power station that clipped to my bag, though my friends had headlamps.
I flew into Bordeaux and got two trains to St. Jean; I do not know the recommended route from Madrid.
The photo is from Day 9: Najera to Santo Domingo de la Calzada. Nothing was open for 14 km after the first town past Najera.
Buen Camino peregrino!
